30 Days to Learn HTML & CSS

Most introductions to HTML and CSS stop far short of the topics covered in this YouTube video series. With 32 installments, it takes you through a month-long, day by day journey to master the basics of front-end web design. The course was developed by Envato Tuts+, and it is part of a greater group of tutorials that cover a wide range of programming topics.

The pace is very good, I found the instructor one of the best I've encountered so far. The course is '30 days' but you can do it in just a couple.

An overview course NOT for beginners-talks and types too fast and comes out with stuff randomly rather then explaining step by step. Only view it if you have an idea about what html and CSS is. I struggled through 21 episodes on this and done another step by step course parallel.

The Best series of videos yet. I don't know who the speaker is but he speaks perfectly, and quickly. He makes videos in less time than anybody else. Another web designer would cover in 15 minutes what this speaker accomplishes in 5 by keeping to the topic and at the same time, yet giving you more information. And such explanations! He makes everything clear.

I just finished Day 30 of this set of tutorials, and I had to come back here to let everyone know: If you want to learn HTML and CSS, this is a fantastic course. I started with next to no knowledge of HTML or CSS, and in less than 7 days I can honestly say I'm building websites from scratch, just like a pro.

Amazing stuff here. The best tutorial for first-time web developers.

Programming languages are used for PROGRAMMING, creating scripts to solve problems. HTML just tells computers how to display the scripts made with programming languages. Anyways, decent videos other than that.

This is the best class I have found on this subject. Before I go any further in Codecademy I'm going t watch the 30 day course. I'm so glad I found you.

Your time is not wasted. I started watching these today and already this is SO much clearer than any class I could have taken or $300 book I could have bought.

I learned so much from your videos! Everything is explained clearly & logically

I love your series more than any others on youtube. I like the fact that you let us know that there are old ways to code things but you also show us the new ways that are standard.
