In January 2010, Jason landed an opportunity to work as Freelance Graphic Designer for Which Wich, Inc., a premier restaurant chain based out of Dallas, TX. In the years that have followed, Jason has designed the graphics for hundreds of "Vibes," circular graphics that are printed on magnetic material, mounted on metal plates, and then displayed on the walls of their locations throughout the world. Jason has also made a significant contribution to the marketing department of Which Wich by assisting in the creation of all types of advertisements and in-store graphics. Adobe Illustrator CC has been the tool of choice for Jason in all of his creative endeavors. Jason also enjoys creating many different types of print materials including baby announcement, flyers, forms, business cards, and research posters.
Jason graduated from Utah Valley University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Digital Media in 2008 and a Master of Business Administration in 2014.

well i was expecting more about Garmet designs more tracing with pen tool.It was clearly marked beginner,which i am,although i've had experience with Coreldraw,and inkscape.Just another small step,i enjoyed the tutorial about the Bulldog the most. Thank you for sharing your knowledge

Good course for a person who never used Illustrator or photoshop before. I felt the course is kind of slow at some point and watched the course at 1.5x speed.

Dear Mr.Jason, thank you for your detailed explained course. I've always had a fear that I cannot learn Illustrator, as it seemed too hard for me to learn it. But as soon as I started your course everything was clear to me as a sunny day ) The only problem that most tools are left unexplained, I would glad if you could add explanation about all tools. I just came into this course from a "masterclass" on InDesign which was a huge learning curve. This one makes it seem like Illustrator is easy and much simpler. I hope it's not glazing over a lot of important details, but in a sense it's more effective, because knowing every single shortcut and way to customize the panels in detail is overwhelming to just understand the basics of how to successfully make something from A to B. I don't like the chapter opening videos, which really don't suit the atmosphere of the course overall. Kind of dark and scary for some reason.

I've been looking for a graphic design course that starts from the absolute basics for a while. This course was perfect! It did not begin with any assumptions that I understood any tools at all, which some courses do. I also liked that it covered the basics for preparing for print.I'd recommend this course to anyone who needs to learn the fundamentals of Illustrator! Thank you Jason!
