photoshop Awards Best Crash Course

Today, we're stepping out of frontend dev & ui/ux and into the world of graphic design with this Adobe Photoshop CC 2021 Crash Course for Absolute NEWBIES! In this crash course, I assume no prior knowledge of Photoshop or graphic design in general, and we're going to create a movie poster (technically for a music video) from scratch, using assets I've provided below! The poster is for a real music video I'm releasing in a few days (12/9/2019), and in creating this poster, you're going to learn Photoshop fundamentals. These fundamentals will take you a long way, so that you can create your own Photoshop projects.

Pros

Cons

    • Course includes downloadable assets that provide a hands-on learning experience to complement the video instruction.
    • Course teaches by taking students through the process of creating a real, professional poster that will be used to advertise a music video.
    • Course is easy to handle, totaling only an hour and a half of instruction and practice.
    • Tutorial is not broken into specific lessons, chapters or entries. There are no pre-rendered timestamps. Going back to repeat specific information can be tiresome.
    • Building the tutorial around a specific project narrows the scope of tools and applications that are explored in the tutorial.
    • Course relies heavily on social media communication for any community or direct interaction with the instructor.

Thank you for your great course, however, your style of teaching is confusing. You start giving an explanation, so we the students follow up, then you say 'that is not what we want, so a beginner like me have to go back and start all over again. Perhaps it is better to teach what should be done, what we want, rather than what shouldn't be done, or we don't want.

Really helpfull, I don't know but it took me 2 days to do the same thing. I had so many issues along the way. Some buttons i didn't had. Guitar top had me struggling only thing I couldn't copy. Even tho I followed exactly what you did.

Totally appreciate this. I think that we must broaden our scope as devs and venture out into gaining other skills that would form a spectacular combo.
