I like it very much since I have been looking for a good yoga face course. Some exercises are impossible to do like moving the frown or cheek muscles. It may be because Im old? However, in others teachers courses not here on Udemy the cheek exercise was doable but who knows if they work. I would love some charts to memorize how many exercises there are for each part of the face. A picture chart. I love that the course is explicit and not holding up intentionally any information like I feel other methods are really greedy.
