This is not my first animation course, but it was great to get instruction from another perspective and learn some new things. I like the way explanations were given as to WHY something works the way it does and not just copy what is being done. I watched the course first. Now I will go back and watch it the second time while following along using the exercise files. I recommend this course.

Was a great introduction and primer for animating characters. Louay is extremely talented and generous with the information he shares. I've taken other courses from Louay and just couldn't leave the 5 stars I usually give him. The course felt a little rushed. The discussion at the end about DUIK was more of a commercial and promised much more than it delivers. He would do well to have a course on DUIK alone.

It's a great course for a beginner. As someone that's been self-taught in After Effects for a while, I learned a couple new techniques and tools I hadn't worked with before. However, I did know a lot about the basic elements of the puppet tools and rigging covered in the majority of this course so I may not have got a lot out of it. I was hoping it would go more in depth with animating 2D characters (walk cycles etc. as in the course image) and way more in depth with setting up a good rig for complex animating. It is, however a very good and easy to follow starter course.

I really like the course, the professor teaches the bases of animation with puppet very well and explained them very clearly, the duik example was essential to see and I really understood the inverse and reverse kinetics.Great course

I feel so happy and lucky to enroll in this course. It's amazing to learn how to move characters and robots with AE.I did not know that animations can be done easily with After Effects. The Instructor is really an expert!!! He is explaining very advanced AE animation techniques in a simple way.I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to master AE from an expert.
