The course is great. The only problem is that it is a little lengthy without handouts. You can learn a lot through this course but you may forget what certain terms mean because there are too many new terms about this fantastic technology.

The content of the course is very detailed and planned but with no reading material or pre-knowledge it becomes a very lengthy course. Further not coming from a computer science background it becomes difficult to cope wit in certain parts of course specially towards the end as just theory is narrated and less explanation in simple language is provided. Simplified language could have been used to explain as the course aims for awareness and is for all other than computer science background. Overall a good learning experience

Being a person of non-technical and non-science background I was hoping of getting knowledge of Blockchain in a more simplified way and with good visual examples. Many times I fail to connect or understand a few technical terms and that made it rigid for me. Visual examples always help you to understand the concept easily so if the Lecturer/Instructor could make such development it will be helpful for people like me.

One of the best introductory courses to Blockchain available on Udemy. It covers the full topic from all the major perspectives, such as theorical foundations, embedded technology, business implications and industrial applications, with real world examples. It adopts an accessible language even for newbies, and still reaches a satisfactory level of in-depth details.
Major drawbacks are related to the following points: the speaker's tone of voice is sometimes tedious and not truly engaging. Additional recap resources, such as conceptual maps to download, would be extremely useful to quickly review the topic after some time. Due to the extreme novelty and fast evolution of the topic, this course would need frequent updates; instead, the course content appears to be dated at the late 2017.
