sound quality is not good, in video continuous "sssssssssssssssssssss" noise is coming which is very irritating.
This could have been improved.

I have experience with Cisco routers and switches already however i am not up to date on the newer switch and routing techniques. this course is good because i have that background. Some of the videos and materials might be a little harder for beginners but it's a great jumping off point.

The quality of sound is not good and the explanation at the labs are not clear.
I will keep believing that it will be better from here because the instructor has a lot of knowledge clearly!
