It was hard to follow and the way the exercises mixed in with the instructional videos messed with me. I often found myself confused as to why the video was only being spoke in Russian, only to find out it was an exercise, I haven't had a good learning experience since I've started the course.

This course by far best explains Russia grammar. It is explained clearly and simply in nice bite sized lessons. There are short exercises after each lesson help to reinforce and develop understanding.

The lessons are very comprehensive and in depth with all aspects of learning for someone beginning to learn Russian. Each video is not too long or overwhelming and the exercises at the end are practical and helpful!

NO. This is not conversational Russian. This is Heavy grammar drilling in the most mechanical way. By the end of the course, you wouldn't be able to hold a most basic conversation, but you'd know everything about conjugation and declension. Just take a look at the lesson titles.
