The foundational concepts are presented clearly and simply; tools are easy to apply in other contexts (+)English subtitles and transcript for 'Starburst' are not working; only Polish is available (-)Overall, helpful for my goals in subscribing to the course.

I learned a lot with simple and easy to understand language. At times there were issues just to get a word but while it was being displayed it made the understanding more easier. DT techniques are explained in detail and any one doing this course will get the point what DT is.

Course is well presented and easy to digest. I particularly like the sections on brainstorming and prototyping methods, which are straightforward and easily explained.

The course is not deep at all, not explaining some key elements. The pronunciation could be better. Course contains typos and mistakes on slides (like "KitCat"). It is not what I was expecting.

Content is good , but the communication of the trainer was not decipherable.

Can be treated as brief description of design thinking approach and related tools. Explains "What?", barely describes "How?" and gives no clues "Why?". Lacks of real life examples and the formula of course is not really engaging.
