If you want Beauty Retouch done only in Lightroom (yes, it's possible) you get the full workflow here (easy explained, means also for the beginner).

There are tricks inside that I've never used before as advanced Lightroom user.

What I really liked in this course were the tips for great workflows which can save much time if you have 100s or 1000s photos to develop.
