It is good structured information all in one place. What can be better is the advice he gave on application. It would be good to have examples, case studies, practical applications etc. How-to videos like this is good, and I will revert back to it when creating my own work, however again it would be good to see real life examples.

Everything fine! Nice tips and clear way to explain everything.

It's an amazing entry course to give you an outline of the importance of Customer Experience Design and how to keep it in mind when starting your business or when you already have a business. You can use it basically in anything that requires customer experience whether you are a consultant, app developer or a retailer. This era is all about the customers and this is a helpful course to start with. I am looking forward to the advanced course. Just one thing though, the volume needs some fix towards the end of the course, but all in all, a great presentation by the instructor!
