Some amazing tips here! I wish I had a picture of my face during "The best pencil effect in the world ever - part 2" (it is the best for sure, you'll not find it on Youtube - same thing for the amazing watercolor). I don't put 5 stars just because the beauty retouching is not very good for me (he's not Marcin Mikus - please don't use blur so much). But overall Simon is a great teacher, everything is well explained. Both his courses about Affinity Photo are the best you'll find on internet, by far.

Instructor needs to be more direct rather than making so many apparent guesses. I know that he is not guessing but this makes the instruction take soooooo very long and I nearly went to sleep.Just get to the point directly rather than going around and around and around. I tend to get confused. It becomes more complicated than it is.

I liked the projects he chose. The course covers a lot of useful material. Well planned to gradually build up skills. The instructor's explanations are very clear, the lessons are super fun and he is very helpful when answering questions.
