Very short course, in fact it is a part of bigger one. But anyway this module could be applied and used as standalone. 4 or 5 deep ideas, explained in details during about 1,5 hour of video. Pretty neat! For sure, I will try those as for team building at work, as in personal relationships ("the river" concept touched me a lot). Thank you!

Instructor Bio

Peter Matthies is a former Venture Capitalist and founder of the Conscious Business Institute (CBI). At the CBI, our purpose is to provide professionals and entire organizations with a better way to work and succeed.
The Conscious Business Institute provides new leadership paradigm for organizations of all sizes, including BMW Group, Intel, Siemens, Starbucks or Allianz that create more inspiring cultures and effectively deal with the global changes our world is facing.
Before founding the Conscious Business Institute, Peter was involved in international technology and finance business for 18 years. He was a Principal for one of the world's leading Private Equity and Venture Capital firms, Apax Partners & Co, and for b-business partners, a $ 1 billion pan-European VC fund.
Peter started his career at Accenture. He later co-founded a systems integration and IT-consulting company, where he lead strategic IT and Internet projects.
Peter published 2 books and over 100 articles on business, finance, leadership, martial arts, and technology. He served as president of the German Venture Capital Club, is a steward of the World Business Academy and a global advisor for the Climate Prosperity Alliance.
He lives in Santa Barbara, California, and has a passion to help professionals and executives create careers that are deeply fulfilling and extraordinarily successful.
