(Digital) design thinking using personas is well explained and I like that the presenters are very passionate about it. However adressing this kind of design thinking as sort of a life style is a little over the top.
Also I missed an evaluation of the pros and cons of this approach and a benchmark with other perspectives which definitely exist.

Really enjoyable course that highlights the key steps involved in Design Thinking. I like how they've taken a simple imitative (Getting kids to eat healthier foods) and designed a process to achieve this goal.

By Antonella Unterholzner on 10/17/2020

I really liked all details provided in each step and item! Very clear and useful!
Maybe the activity could be more interesting. Also can include quizzes when finishing a session and/or when finishing the entire course.
