I train in other martial arts styles but none of these use pressure point skills which is why I want to learn dimmak skills to add to my training

Sehr zufrieden mit dem Kurs

By John Sheridan on 7/2/2019

I thought the course was good. I liked how the written text was followed by video instruction. The only complaint I have, & it's a minor one, is, I would of liked to have seen more emphasis on what particular part of the body is used when striking a target, in the video portion of the course. In other words, which knuckles of the fist, & what part of the foot.

By Ronald Palmer on 5/26/2019

It lays out the spots for strikes so that it is more instinctual rather than just trying to memorize the points on the body. And will combine well with any martial science you practice.
