So let me start by saying that I took the MTA exam right after completing his course. Literally. I had it scheduled in advance. There was some stuff you had to know just by experience to answer a few questions and to be far that stuff is hard to materialize in a short course. Use this course as a crash course. If you've been in help desk and desktop support for over a year you can probably do as I did. Anyone taking the MTA exam, read the questions carefully, trust what you know, and answer the question according to how Microsoft what's you to answer. I say that because real world experience can be very different. Good luck.
