A very insightful course about the customer's experience from the moment they even know about the shop and their products all the way to when they use it. The examples used are very engaging and the presentation was really professional. Definitely would recommend.

A lot of good tips and information.

Very knowledgeable. All required contents were covered and was easy to understand.

The display/store design part was relevant to me. Lots of good information, examples, and outside resources mentioned, such as books to read, stores to visit, etc. The challenges will be useful, and pdf printouts . Also, instructor talks about the why, not just the how. (My only complaint is the music between segments - it got really annoying, especially when instructor had to talk over it until it faded out.)

The Road to Retail website is not currently live, so I am missing out on the real interactive aspect to this course. I think that must be a very powerful tool for learning this content.

Its an amazing one of a kind course which shares a lot of examples along with real world retail shop pictures and videos to support the idea of how one can take their retail business to new heights.

good structure and examples but the intro was a bit long

Is a good starting point for me to acquire new skills.

I have learned about how to start my own retail and how does the store look like. And have learn how to do retail online

Its a grate learning experience

This is awesome and helps a lot

great experience!
