Instructor Bio
Kevin Moore has spent 30 years working in and around retail for manufacturers, retailers and service providers across 44 countries. He walks 1,000 stores and views 1,000 online shopping sites around the world each year looking at shopper experience trends. The need to engage, entertain, and inspire shoppers, and shoppers' hunger for change and innovation, is more important than ever before. He has also managed businesses in over 40 countries.
Kevin is regularly quoted in Australian media as an International Physical and Digital Retail Expert and was the Retail Expert on a small business show for one of the main Australian free-to-air networks.
He worked to re-launch the Toys R Us and Babies R Us bands as pure online retailers in Australia and New Zealand, and is now Chairman of Toys R Us ANZ, (ASX:TOY).
He is also joint founder of theROADtoRETAIL - a website dedicated to training in delivering great physical and digital shopper experience.
