Too elementary for the exam. Needs in-depth usage of CROSS APPLY, JSON functions, how to use the FOR clause, WITH SCHEMABINDING, temporal tables, SYSTEM_VERSIONING, SYSTEM_TIME, PARSE for language, FORMATMESSAGE, and XML function.

Positive: Very good high level training. Explains things in common English so it's easy to understand, unlike reading dry confusing tech articles on the net.
Negative: This does not scratch the surface of what you need to know to pass exam 70-761. I thought I was ready, took a practice exam and realized I was pitifully unprepared and had to cram like mad for a week.

I like this course as the teacher keeps me engaged and watching it on a mobile device on the side allows me to type the syntax while watching. It is my preferred way of learning to always type all commands and the pace of this course allows me to this, I rarely have to pause to complete the code.
