This course was super great. Alex was easy to follow, went back and reviewed the harder things, and he was also a lot of fun with a great sense of humor. I recommend this course to anyone wanting to do more on the dev side of things :)

This was a very good course, however I did have a couple of gripes. First was his frequent habit of copying and pasting code. While he did a very good job of contextualizing and explaining the code he reuses, that method personally makes it a little less engaging. While it might be a little tedious, rewriting code and explaining as you do goes a long way. I also feel like a few sections could have been rearranged. For example, Section 15 seems like the kind of information that should go at the beginning of the course rather than at the end. But if you take the time to understand the material he presents, you'll come out of this course with a very good understanding of WordPress development. Would definitely recommend.

He is good at teaching, but the course is good if you have the time to spend on it.
I really suggest people to take a basic course first and then taking this one which is good if you have the basis of Wordpress and functions with PHP.

I like the Wordpress info, but wish the instructor give us options for notepad++ (I have a Mac) or options to develop on local server and thus eliminate need for ftp tools
