The course is good in the sense that it follows the official ISACA publication on the COBIT 2019 framework. It is clear and offers a good way to memorize the introduction & methodology.
However, if you look at the course into more detail, you basically pay almost 20 euros to have someone read the document out loud for you (it's literally the same text as the publication). It can also get a bit confusing at times because the order in which the course is presented sometimes skips certain pages, only to read out the skipped pages in a later section.
