Poi is a form of dance, where weights on the ends of tethers are swung through rhythmical patterns. Join renowned poi-teacher Nick Woolsey to learn and master the fundamental moves and transitions of poi!

Love this kind of stuff. Flow arts in general is my passion. And your explanations is now only about moves but it is wider perceptions of body and moving. I am capoeira professor and poledance and flexibility certificated teacher so I see professional skills.

Nick is such a great teacher who builds ab the moves thoroughly and frustration-free. The course is so much fun, I love his humour. I have been trying out some of the tricks last year already, but hit a motivational bump in the road at some point (more like a collapsed bridge) With his tips, it's easy to smoothe out the bumps and just have fun playing poi!
