Maria Doyle helps passionate professionals create quality learning experiences that engage, inspire and motivate their clients to create real change. It's her life mission to take the lack-lustre courses, workshops and presentations of this world both virtual and live and transform them into 'it-changed-my-life' experiences.
Nothing lights her up more than teaching, learning, travelling and helping others be better at what they do. Until April 2012, she was working as the Senior ESL Education Manager on the AusAID funded TVET Sector Strengthening Project in Kiribati; a project that took vocational education and training, and long overdue teacher training, to a remote Pacific country.
Why did she start her own business?
'When I started learning about running my own business I was appalled with the quality of unregulated online training online - so decided I wanted to help turn that around. After 12 international postings and with 15 years experience in the teacher training and curriculum development fields, I decided it was time to make Perth home again, so decided to do what I do best, and that is helping passionate professionals create quality learning experiences that engage, inspire and motivate their clients to create real change. I believe in giving back and paying it forward which is why I regularly organise volunteer teacher training trips to schools in developing countries that otherwise wouldn't have the opportunity to upgrade their basic teaching ski

The instructor is not engaging.

Th flow and recording breaks every 2 minutes. it sometimes pause on its own with no play mode. I had to keep sitting and hoping it will start now and again, but no result.

very disappointed and would like to have refund. This is pure scam.

I applaud anyone who desires to teach others. There is an old saying, "He who dares to teach must never cease to learn."

This instructor needs to learn, the importance of a good microphone, her topic, and various presentation styles. if I were to teach a course on change I would start by exploring why change may be needed, who I am to be talking about this topic. I would then walk students through a change process with a variety of examples (using mixed or "blended" learning i.e. pdf downloads, video cut outs, etc., (a variety of media).

The instructor provides glossy overviews of the subject matter without drilling down into each topic with great detail.

This is an excellent class to see a professional who knows how to promote and engage with her audience. The continuity of the layout of the presentation is great. Everything from the storytelling to the visual is a total package wanted the person wanted to engage and learn more. Have a nice day!
