Better provide an online exercise, so that we can write an email and it can be monitored and we can realize our mistakes easily.

By Monica Ortiz on 8/3/2020

I did not like this course at all. I felt like the instructor could've provided examples of good and bad examples. I know the instructor tried to make this as entertaining as possible, but I don't think the "yelling" or using those gifs and memes were necessary. Some examples of good/bad formal email writing would have sufficed.
