The questions do seem relevant for sure - however, there are numerous questions with identical answers, so you have no idea how to distinguish them from one another. There were also questions where a diagram was referenced, but because there's no way to reference that, you have no idea what to choose for the answer.
Overall though, this will certainly help out with your final test prep.
