In this first of the fourcore sections that make up this course, we will start by introducing youto programming with Go. We will show you how to install Go and how toconfigure your workspace and development environment. Moving on,we will take a look at Go's built-in concurrency constructs andintroduce you to several tools included with Go. We will finish thesection by implementing a simple web server using Go.

As a general rule I only buy courses with 10+ hours of video content on large technical topics like backend web programming. I broke that rule when I watched the intro video where the author talked about how he runs his own company that uses Go, so I thought this course would cover actual to make professional grade code. But it doesnt, most of the course just covers basic Go syntax and other language features with only a final 13 minute video on how to create a server instance. Look at the course content yourself if you dont believe me. There are much better Go courses on Udemy, dont get ripped off by buying this one.
