I had some general information about ISO 9001 and saw what they do for quality management in the companies whose computer maintenance contractor I was.
In some cases, I analyzed a situation and designed the relevant form for them.

There was a lot of information but I liked how you gave simple examples for each piece of information you were going over. That really helped me understand. I also liked how it wasn't just voice over only. It helped to have a visual of you teaching and going over everything because it kept me engaged. Thank you!
