The course is badly laid out, instructor doesn't explain what he's doing beforehand.
I don't understand why he's using Dreamweaver for a beginners course. Not only it's paid software (and quite expensive even for student license) but also leads to bad habits. Why not use something more simple?
I gave up after 5th lecture. Definitely room for improvement.

Explanations are very unclear and incomplete. This course would also benefit greatly if the instructor was more thorough and demonstrated more concepts rather than reading them from a slide.

The instructor reads PowerPoint slides in poor English, heavily accented in Turkish. I quit after skimming through a few of the early lectures. There are much better PHP/MYSQL courses available.
