Projects In JavaScript & JQuery (Udemy.com)

This course is great for newbies in Javascript and JQuery. It is very well explained.A good place to start learning about JQuery and JavaScript.

I'm enjoying the course, my only complaint is not knowing before hand the reason why I'm doing what I'm doing. So if things were explained better that would be helpful. Overall if I had to do a project exactly like it I'm good, but if it had some other tasks I may get lost because it wasn't explained well. –but still pushing through.

Some of the shared code is wrong/doesn't work. He makes a lot of mistakes while coding which are confusing at times.But very useful strong projects to build a portfolio.

The presentation is professional and very clear. There is a lot of material in this course and each project explores different but very important functionality. As my first course purely covering JavaScript, but having done lots of backend and styling previously, I think this course was great and I learned a lot. The only criticism I have is I would have liked to see more use of jQuery with API's, as in the YouTube API project (which appears to require updating as of April 2016).

I'm about halfway through this course, and I'm really enjoying it. The learning projects seem to reflect real-world usefulness, and there are lots of other tips to pick up along the way with things like css (which I'm also new to). The instructor has a style I prefer - straight to the point, clear with explanations and obviously knows the subject inside out. My only criticism - and this might be because I'm also only learning other web tech - is that he sometimes races through putting everything together without explaining any of the decisions that have gone before - you can tell that he's following a "here's one I made earlier" script. But overall, great - I would recommend it for a beginner to JQuery provided they've at least dabbled in javascript, html, css.

I think it that the lecturer starts from scratch for each example, when he makes mistakes and troubleshoots, it is a valuable lesson.

This is one of the best programming courses I have ever taken. The pace was reasonable, explanations clear and one comes away with an understanding

I am currently half way through this course and am extremely happy with its contents, instructor and best of all the SERVICE. These guys are great, most of the problems I have had has been typos on my behalf but Eduonix have responded to every query with a polite tone pointing this out and letting me know where the problem was. I've done a few courses on udemy now and find most of the courses do not offer the after sales service like Eduonix does.

If you after knowledge in Javascript/jQuery then this course is for you.

This course was a great introduction to javascript, Jquery it helped me better understand the power of javascript.

Projects are nice but instructor is not clearly explaining what is being done and instead just write code. That goes for a big minus as not everyone who takes this course does know everything about jquery and javascript. Same thing goes for other courses of this instructor.

Moving from easy to difficult without a middle, is not the best way to keep different abilities on board. I found the start easy then the jump was to great to the next level. The low cost made it OK.

Is it worthwhile? Yes, only because the cost is low.
