The course and course instructor itself has developed an interest in me to matrices.

It was interesting, but the order of topics and lecture length (shorter on easy topics, longer on hard ones) could be better

Up to this point it has been mostly introduction to matrices. The only thing is that since the course began with very clear definition of matrices, it would be better if this clarity continued to the parts later (matrix rank, trace, determinant, etc)

yes, presentation speed was appropriate, real time code writing, replete with errors make it seem more realistic rather than a perfectly polished presentation. The DSP lectures (4 and 4) have no value for my application.
