I can see how this is relevant to a developer working for clients but I am implementing within our company, so this may not be as relevant to our situation. Would love to know what it takes for the system to consider something ACTIVE. Also, discussion on templates

got a good overview on how dynamics is built and a few features it provides, but i would have appreciated a little more about best practices like when do you use mappings and when do you use lookups for example.
