AWS Certified Developer - Associate 2017 (Practice Tests) (Udemy.com)

Spelling errors, and the AWS tests overall are kinda of a brain dump it seems like. Memorize and then take test fast so you can remember all the odd ball specifics that you can normally look up if you forget.

These practices tests are an invaluable addition to the course so that you can pass the exam. The third practice test threw me a bit because the concept of FIFO queues in SQS suddenly became reality. This was helpful but there was no mention of this in the course material or the first two practice tests. It would be helpful to have a more detailed explanation of the answers too.

Very useful for training for the Developer associate examination. It helped me enormously. It'd be great to have 10 tests instead of 3 though, as it'd help us understand how to approach preparing for the exam better, and expose blind spots in multiple attempts.

This rating reflects my experience with the test yesterday. These are the questions on the test, some of them almost verbatim. If anything these practice tests are harder than the actual test.

The practice tests give us an insight into more areas that we need to learn and understand in addition to what is there in the course materials provided by Ryan for the Developer Associate exam course.

Many typos in the questions and some are repeated. Some of the answers allow for multiple choices but should only be single choice. This test is worth nowhere near the "non-discounted" value.

I think the questions are good, but several answers are wrong or the explanation invalidates the answers. Also there are heavy focus on the Error codes and specific API commands which is not reflected in the study course.

Just passed my exam yesterday with 88%.
It is true that the practice tests need some tweaking (like the number of answers required or more explanation regarding the correct answers ) but I had a lots of questions in the exam that are actually covered in this practice. I think that if you take the Developer associate exam course along with this practice test you are all set to pass the exam.

Perfect prep for the tests. I finished Ryan's main class and then the took these twice, getting ~85% the first time and ~98% the second, and then got 92% on the actual exam.

Ryan’s courses and exams are high quality and reflect training and simulation material for the certification as well learning from scratch for the ones beginning to use AWS.

These are the same practice exam questions I was asked on Linux Academy. I was not aware that there was any affiliation between these two sites, and as a result I regret paying for this service.
Perhaps I missed something, but some disclaimer that the practice questions may appear on other sites would have been useful. Or,if Udemy and Linux Academy are somehow related, then at the very least create new questions for each site.
