Course Description

Google Cloud is growing quickly as companies increasingly adopt multi-cloud strategies. It was once again named a Leader in the 2019 Gartner Infrastructure as a Service Magic Quadrant, and demand for people with Google Cloud skills is running high. To meet this demand and help organizations identify knowledgeable talent, Google has created their Associate Cloud Engineer certification.
This course is targeted at efficiently teaching the skills required by the ACEcertificationnamely deploying applications, monitoring operations, and managing enterprise solutions. It also helps students demonstrate those skills through certification. The certification requires candidates be able to use both the GCP console and the command-line to perform many common platform-based tasks, but this course does not require students to already have experience with either, going in.
This course is also designed to give students the solid foundation of GCP capability that they will need to later build toward the Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect (PCA) certification--which was recently named as 2019's top-paying ITcertification.

Speaks very unnecessarily and has not simulated. At least at first glance at the beginning of the course.

Quite disappointed with the course in the sense that it was not beginner friendly, it tried to rush very quickly without sharing enough details and put all the responsibility on you to read through the Google Docs. I didn't pay so much money just to get short extracts and the message "do your homework".
The Practice Tests also focus on mostly the same subjects with same questions repeated 5 times but with 1 word changed to make it look like a different question.
I passed the exam, but not thanks to this course.

I'm losing interest in cloud after going through this course, I feel like this course is a marketing place the lecturers personal website where they host private paid courses in detailed manner for cloud.
If you want to get some real knowledge on kubernetes then please purchase a dedicated course on kubernetes.
GCloud sections is pretty decent though.

The course is not at all updated. I am about 25% into the course and have stumbled upon numerous differences in the actual GCP and this course. The course instructors do not even bother to reply to queries & problems faced while executing the labs. I went through Ryan's AWS SA course earlier and expected the same level of course quality in this one. Lesson learnt.
