This course is excellent considering it was a free course. In order to improve on this I would suggest to add some real-life case studies, examples and also some templates and formats which the students can put to practice at workplace.

Over all it was a really good lesson. I am hearing impaired and have to rely on the closed captioning or transcripts. They are obviously not correct. Made it a little more difficult but I got thru it all and I only had to repeat a few areas a couple times.
