course is very informative and easy to understand

The course has matched my level of experience as I am a beginner to Hyper-V and was looking for a good starting point where I could follow comfortably. I liked the way the topics were introduced, telling me at the beginning what each session was about, and going on to explain in a clear an concise way.

Instructor's accent is very hard to follow

There were no considerable practices for a laboratory, just a lecture of functions that for a beginner as described in the course would not be the ideal learning model.

This course does help to users who have worked on virtualization technologies like vmware to co-relate things. If you are studying virtualization from begining then it will be difficult to understand.

Feels a bit slow in the beginning, but it brings things together at the end.

Unfortunately it's not really what I expected. I thought it would be like a lab based training and VM's inside the Hyper-V.

The very useful essentials of Powershell and additional Powershell tips and tricks related to Hyper-V were well covered in this course. The majority of the course focused on VMM, virtual storage, and virtual networking. This is a good introduction to running Hyper-V as a role on Windows Server Standard or Datacenter.
