SERENITY BDD Framework for Selenium, Appium and REST Assured (Udemy.com)

A lot of useful information, but sometimes the explanation and the structures of the built project (especially the RestAssured ones) lack clarity and organization. Appreciated the course nevertheless, thank you.

This is an excellent course, would recommend to anyone starting out with test automation. One criticism/suggestion for improvement would be around the gherkin specifications, I think the course would benefit from a supplemental video to clarify the use of given/when/then. Given should set the pre-conditions When should execute the steps being tested Then should make assertions on the state/outcome after the when. In this course they are all used interchangeably. Also, a little explanation on when to use before hook, background, given steps: Before hook - technical initialisation common to all tests, that you don't want to appear in the Serenity report Background - steps that you want to be run for every test, which you would like to narrate/have in the Serenity report Given, steps that need to be taken to set up the specific scenario for this test only. But like I said, this course is fantastic, and the misuse of given/when/then is easy to forgive, as it is not the primary focus of this course. Will definitely be referring back to this course in the future.

Git content was recorded with very poor quality and long time ago. It did not cover some important things like solving conflicts. I bought the course because I was very interested in Serenity and REST however the content about that is very basic. It missed integration wih Cucumber and some example about how to configure a project with complex APIs showing more Serenity features related to REST API.

Very very helpful course @: Rahul Sir is very prompt and leaves a reply for any query.What I liked about the course is that it is well structured with concepts that can be easily understood and implemented.I also request Rahul Sir to add a video of Zalenium+Docker integration with Serenity BDD.

Rahul sir as usual come up with an great content.His framework design are following industry standard .I was able to develop framework from stratch. I will recommend Rahul sir course to everyone who wanted to Learn selenium and develop an real time framework.

Good content, all information is up to date, as the course is brand-new (comment added in July 2020). Good explanations on how to integrate Serenity with Selenium, Appium and RestAssured - Appium and RestAssured lectures are short, but sufficient, as there are dedicated courses for these topics.

Very nice explination even those who are not background from selenium they also can gain knowledge. but for this those who knows the knowledge about selenium then they can easily crack this framwork.
