Once the course is updated with the most recent version of freqtrade I will change my review, since at this point what you do here is quite outdated or even not working at all. One example of that is the deprecation of using separate hyperopt files which makes creating a strategy a lot different. I would also suggest that the students be informed about all the capabilities, or at least more capabilities of freqtrade at this point. More strategies and more technical indicators should also be a part of the course since teaching and using just one strategy is not good enough to be successful at trading.

I enjoyed the course. The instructors were easy to understand. Although Freqtrade/Python has been updated since the course was made, and it caused some issued during installations of various packages/etc., I manged to troubleshoot and still get it to work in their version. Note that there is an updated section of the course, but it is at the end of the course. As suggested, learn how to work the older version of Freqtrade first as shown in the course, and when you are comfortable you can download the newer version and go from there.

mohsen is superb and very knowledgable. what I like most about him is that he transfers his hard-earned knowledge and skills without any hesitation, he loves trading and always helps his students to achieve their goals without depriving any resource and knowledge as most as possible. The other thing I admire about this course or all other mohsen courses is that he teaches you how to fish not giving you the fish. Eliyas is also very cool and he explains every single code patiently. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with the world and makes a world smarter place.

1.python primer is explained fast and not clearly 2. This is not an easy course. I had no experience with python or coding at all, only a big interest in trading and cryptocurrencies. This course is awesome and shows you all the steps you need to be able to run a freqtrade bot. I probably watched the whole course at least twice to really understand everything. Freqtrade itself keeps updating, so you can't just copy paste everything they do in the video, because some commands change, but you really have to understand what they are doing and then try to figure it out for yourself. However, they are the best in explaining what happens, so that shouldn't be a problem. If you're committed to spend time and effort into building your own trading bot, I highly recommend this course! My bot is finally running live after about a month of building and testing and I can't wait for the results :D

This course was amazing, the instructors were very clear and it was a pleasure to listen to them each lecture. The setup of the course was great as well. They encourage you to learn instead of just follow their stept without gaining any knowledge. I must say I had a hard time going thourgh the first chapters, so much changed in freqtrade, so I eventually had to follow freqtrade's instructions instead of theirs. But this does not mean this course is outdated in any way, because everything was still relevent. Loved the last update section and I actually hope they'll add more. This was the first course I fully completed on Udemy and I would like to thank you guys for that! Best spend money while I am in quarantine and can't go to the bar :)

This is a very practical course on algorithmic trading. As a developer, I like the fact that the instructors used free and open source software for teaching. I'd love to have a section on how to set this up on a cloud server, though. Anyway, thank Mohsen and Ilyass for such a great course like this.

Just completed the course and in my opinion the instructors did exactly what they advertised. I am very confident in the processes that they presented and feel that they were presented in a concise and easy to understand fashion. I am not a programmer nor a trader (I know enough to be dangerous with both) and was able to complete the course and understand the concepts presented. My only recommendation/frustration with the course is that there were some bugs in the code that was presented during the course. When running the code as presented in the course, fatal errors occurred. The code was debugged behind the scenes and the course moved on. I would appreciate short videos showing the corrections or an attached document showing how to resolve such inaccuracies. I also think that it would ingratiate the instructors to their audience (especially noobs like me) that even the experts make coding errors. It would have value to see your approach to “real-time” debugging. Thank you for this otherwise spectacular course!!

This course is excellent. The presenters speak very fast and so I hope I am not forgetting anything but overall it is very good. The enthusiasm is contagious. I am not finished with the course, but so far, I have been able to implement everything that was presented. I am now getting in the strategy implementation. I am eager to finish to see how this performs in real market conditions, but I am very satisfied. I am now done with the course, and although I have not launched the bot in real money, I am still very satisfied.
