Amer Hromic

I’m Amer Hromic, a Senior IT Audit Manager at Microsoft with more than 10 years of experience in IT audit and technology risk across Big Four professional services and the technology industry.

I began my career at PwC before joining KPMG, where I progressed from IT Audit Associate to Senior Associate. I later joined Microsoft, where I lead technology audits across complex environments, including software development, cloud infrastructure, Azure DevOps, and datacenter operations.

My courses are designed to bridge the gap between IT audit theory and real-world practice. I break down technical concepts from an auditor’s perspective and show how to identify risks, evaluate controls, perform testing, and communicate audit findings.
