There is a LOT of information in this course, and it's very fast paced, maybe a little too fast? It covers a lot of ground and definitely gives a good overview of AI capabilities, governance and setup in ServiceNow. I prefer more hands-on training and requested a developer org, however there is a waiting list for those.
