For me to fully understand an equation all variables subscripts need to be defined individually. Large portions of the MDP equation are not defined like the symbol y=.9. V = ? a value?, a= ?, R=?, R(s,a) = 0? why is it there? I move forward with a feeling of uncertainty. It takes just a little time to be thorough. Say it in writing with it defined as a variable or a script.

I haven't finished this course yet, but I have had great experiences following this gentleman in the past. No reason to assume I won't this time.

it seems like whole lecture is well construsted and lecturer is very sincere

but it's hard to concentrate on lecture for several reasons

repeating same words, terms and others what lecture talked. plus those are introductions,

so i was in attitude "ok that's interesting term, what is that? -> ok, i got it and then? -> ok. i got that thing please go next -> i mean, what is next?->omg there were much easier term why did you not just talk that first? and so what is next?'

As English is my second language, of course it mainly would be my problem of listening, not lecturer's, but i am listening many lectures in English and it was bit spread presentation. some part would be improved if voice is re-recorded with more clear pronunciation, slow talk, and not using 'like'. i needed twice more time to listen this lecture than originally planned.
