I love the class, I'm learning so much about the bank teller job. The only thing is the video audio is really low I can barely hear anything.

I think the main thing I would critique is how the instructor improved on his presentation as the course went on. I think practicing the presentation or improving the quality of the presentation should be done BEFORE uploading.

This course has a good amount of information. The only thing I would recommend is that the transcript match what the speaker says. I had trouble understanding some the words spoken in the lectures.

The course is quite informative and delivers on point thoughts. What will be lacking in this kind of training is the actual or hands on experience, and that's it, every student is good to go in an actual work, nevertheless it's difficult to implement the kind of system online.
