Beginners guide to drawing cartoon characters in Procreate (Udemy.com)

It was very good until I got to the ‘Having fun with Text’ section. This will not load and I have tried login out and then back in but all course does is take me to the next section on drawing Santa. This really spoils what was starting to be a very good course and I was looking forward to the Text section. If this isn’t corrected, I will have to give the course a 1 star rating. After all, I paid upfront for the course. Bill

great course! On the one hand you get to know Procreate as a tool with all its possibilities. On the other hand you learn some simple tricks to make your cartoon skills better :) Thanks a lot! I totally recommend this to everybody who's interested in becoming a skilled toon artist!

Pretty good course. I liked all of the examples, but much was repetitive. It would have been better, in my opinion, to skip the sketch/ink/shadow/highlight a bit on the second and subsequent examples, so that they focus on what is different. It would also be good to name the examples based on the technique(s) being shown, rather than just the name of the figure. This would be helpful when going back to re-review the course. Thanks!

Also mein Englisch ist echt schlecht. Ich habe mir das übersetzen lassen. Und ich muss sagen, sehr schön erklärt und nachvollziehbar. Ich zeichne schon länger mit Procreate, aber habe echt was gelernt. Danke

This course is fantastic! I'm an absolute beginner and found this very easy to follow along with and very easy to understand. I always thought I would never be able to draw anything because I didn't know how but now I'm sketching anything my brain wants and I'm stoked I can now draw basic cartoons. This is a fantastic starting point. Thank you so much! :D

I highly recommend this course because the creator of this course has done amazing job making this course as he share his top tips plus saves hell lot of time, & is makes it much more simpler for the first time starters to intermediates. I specially love his shading & shadowing techniques plus they are kind of pro & lastly the trick he added what u can with do with the text....Thank You Alan :) Cheers..

this is the best course out there for anyone who wants to learn the more contemporary cartoon styles, as well as how to use Procreate. The course includes 4 Procreate brushes and at least 6 cartoon characters for the student to create. The instruction is clear and easy to follow.

This course is good for beginners as I do know about most of the things but still I have learned few things from this course as well. However as per me few things are missing like basic information about features which beginners of Procreate may not know about
