I lost an incredibly large amount of money that day, but I did learn something important:
I learned that I wanted to save other people from making the same costlymistake.
You see, it's not uncommon for people so shell out 10k, 20k, or even 50kdollars in order to learn the ropes in Real Estate... but it is ENTIRELY unnecessary.

I enjoy helping people succeed. I suppose I'm that way because I know how real the struggle can be - and the struggle is different for every person.
