Ex-quant, ex-national team athlete, and repeat startup founder. I write music and algorithms. In the past 7 years of my career, I have been working in and building technical teams do deliver solutions for either another department, or as a startup. In my experience, one of the most challenging things about leading a team is the project management process. I've spent years trying to streamline the process, to create a system that is reliable, flexible, and also collaborative. For my Udemy course, I've condensed some of the tools and examples I have used to manage teams both in a large MNC bank setting and also while building my own startup. I hope you will find it valuable, have fun!
