The course is well‑structured and allows you to study the BPMN 2.0 standard gradually, combining theory and exercises in a balanced way. It also recommends an advanced modeling environment (ADONIS CE) for hands‑on practice. After the first sections, you are already able to build the basic diagrams that cover a large share of real‑world scenarios. The final part of the course focuses on the more advanced symbols used to model complex processes.

my personal experience towards these course gave me more insights about the process flow and it enable me to understand the concepts of every sequences by using start event and end event processes then activities and gateways through the connecting objects like message flow, association and data association. equally the swim lane method of understanding the pool and lanes with data functions during the process flow with additional support of artifact uses for contexts.

The instructor is delivering content true to his word. The flow of the presentation is logical and builds on the previous lessons. Though there is much depth to BPMN, the presentation is engaging and builds slowly -- beginning with the essentials. I love how the instructors sprinkles information about references and resources for those who may want to learn more.

Great course! It takes you step by step further into the BPMN method and details. The course is perfect for beginners, but advanced material is discussed too, to make you more literate in BPMN. Examples and case studies make the course practical and let you bring in practice what you've learned so far. This is fantastic and well worth it. I had experience building business processes for many years using bizagi, but I would struggle to understand how best to model some more complex scenarios, such as how a multiple sub process can end and how those different end points should interact with the parent process. Boundary events, event based gateways and ad hoc processes were exactly what I needed to understand and were perfectly explained. Clear explanations, good rythm, well illustrated. Very exhaustive training explaining at the same time business process mapping, BPMN language and how to achieve and analyse computerised business mapping, using a free tool as example - which can be also used by student to practice. Good sequencing of theory and practice. Training also provides pdf documentation which can be kept for reference. Congratulations to trainer who achieves to transmit simply and with enthusiasm a topic which can sound rather dull.

It was a very productive course. The instructor had extensive knowledge of BPMN. What I liked about the course was, he started it with the basics and took it to the advanced level and then he had included many case studies which helped with the practical side as well. This course was an eye-opener for me to know that BPMN is the gate-way to a big knowledge area of process automation and business intelligence.

If you are starting out or need to learn BPMN, I recommend this course. The content of the courses is more focused on the basic elements of BPMN. However, the author devotes a section to giving an introduction to some advanced elements of BPMN. What I didn't like about the audio recordings and the author's English, which made it a little difficult to understand. (I suggest the author to transcribe subtitles manually, as automatic subtitles have made many wrong transcriptions.)
