Course Description
DCF analysis is both academically respected and widely used on Wall Street as a primary method of valuation. Many finance interview questions specifically test a candidate's understanding of the DCF. The step-by-step modeling course uses a real case study approach and is designed to mimic the experience of an financial analyst.
This course builds on Wall Street Prep's financial statement modeling course to teach trainees how to build a working discounted cash flow (DCF) model in Excel from scratch.
Along the way, you will learn how to estimate the weighted average cost of capital (WACC) in the real world, and build several commonly used approaches to calculating terminal value. Finally, we will use data tables to analyze a broad range of scenarios given different assumptions.

The voice is not audible in my laptop. Could not download the material. Not able to reach out to the Udemy team for grievances. It is not worth to do serious courses on Udemy. Issue not resolved.

I think the knowledge shown is incredible. I think there needs to be better responsiveness to questions and more understanding that some people have not taken the prior course (one whose link should be referenced here as well).

Congrats for all the team. The course is so complete, but very difficult to understand (as I work with small companies - and most informations a difficult to find in the market. Do you guys have any course that explains how to valuate small companies? Thank you

Great way of teaching, much better than BIWS IMHO. Plan to use this course to learn a little bit more about DCF as a part of preparation for the interview. In combination with Rosenbaum book, I think will be a win-win situation. Cheers, Alen

The course if fine, but seems that you should have a pretty strong background (or knowledge) in finance. I had some trouble following the course, but I also complemented the course with looking up the terms taught, in investopedia.com to close the knowledge/understanding gap I had. I'm not sure if I would use this Company to learn anything else in finance.

Could not find the financial statement modeling course they keep referring to on Udemy. Would be great since they keep referring to it.

Porque acredito que o curso vai ensinando os conceitos básicos agora, e depois aprofundando levemente até chegar na parte mais pesada de valuation. Essa é a metodologia que deveria ser adotada por todo curso de valuation.

Full of golden nuggets of information! Highly recommended to those who learn DCF model. Great thing about this course is the instructor introduces not only academic theory but also what practitioners do in real world.

Really provides you with a solid basis of how to formulate a DCF model. I would highly recommend this course to someone looking to begin to learn how to build financial models.

The course is well prepared and organized, and will provide you with the most information about DCF valuation among other DCF courses. Wall Street Prep really lives up to their name. Great course overall.
