A solid Business Plan is essential is succeeding in the fast paced world of fashion. You must be aware of all the steps and processes of taking your fashion designs from the runway to the streets. You must know the manufacturing process available to you: should you manufacture domestic or overseas.... Nowadays an online presence is so important for the success of a fashion brand - global visibility is not only available to you but it's a must.
This Course also address the reason and purpose of why you (the designer) do what you do, what is your motivation and purpose. It also touches on the infinite possibilities available if one is aware of one's thoughts and how to direct them to create what we want to create - the sky is the limit!
In all fashion brands there are always 2 areas of operation: one is the designing process, the sketching, draping, patternmaking, sewing, etc... and the other is the business aspect of it: budgets, cash flow, paying bills, buying fabric, paying contractors, etc... If you want to be successful as a fashion designer you must be aware and have knowledge of both areas, the creative part and the business part.
The business of fashion is what keeps the engine running. Knowing the nuts and bolts of running in a company is extremely important in the survival of your brand.
Your fashion brand must have an online presence, whether be your website, your blog, and all your Media platforms. Social media nowadays plays an extremely important role in the success of a brand.
Creativity alone is not enough, you must have a solid business side or your company will not succeed. Creativity is only one aspect of the design process, the other aspect, and just as important, is how to run a business and manage a budget and allocating the proper cash flow in order to sustain the ups and downs of the brand one the length of time.

Easy to follow steps for the main components to include when creating a Fashion Brand Business Plan. Loved the addition of Quantum Physics to ensure your mindset is not limiting your journey.

This is a great course. It is succinct and straight to the point. There is no fluff or time-wasting, which I appreciate. The hidden gem is Chapter 10, which is worth the price of the course by itself. Grazie maestro!

It’s great information. I would like more in-depth details on things mentioned in the coarse. Everything he is giving an overview on, should lead us to another video that we can buy.

I found this course quite informative and helpful. Its true that most of the information given can be found online and on You Tube, but that will be more time consuming and we might miss some important aspects along the way. Nino covered all of the related topics in one course. I'm appreciative of his advice on where to start and where to end, as well as of his final quantum thinking part which I found very motivating and will get back to it while sailing against the tide. Thank you!

Business plans seem scary and like you need to write a 50 page book of details. This course breaks it down so you understand that it is a solid plan to help your business succeed. Not so scary. I finished the course, but for some reason it keeps saying I’m 90% complete.

This course is a great overview, however it does not go into much detail on how to execute these ideas. Although it is short, there are a few things as a new business owner that I learned

It was a good course generally and I liked the motivations but I only wished he dived a bit deeper in explanation or if there were resources that could help come up with a fashion business plan.

Really good quick overview of all the main aspects needed to consider when building a fashion business. The teacher is very positive and inspiring. I recommend this class.

So far, this course has helped tremendously in pointing me in the right direction and to start thinking in a logical and detailed manner. Like Nino says, " You have to be specific". I'm loving this course.
By Mariette Naude on 5/23/2020
I learnt a lot but the course is just a basic overview of the different points addressed. No real hands-on "how to". A longer video with more indepth content will be appreciated. Excellent presentation though and knowledgeable teaching.
