Perfect course for me. Mr Sandeep Kumar Sir is making it so interesting by having small but appropriate duration of each portion. It is impossible to break corse to be done next day. I wish to complete whole course now itself.
By Ashley Harvey on 8/16/2023
Teaching through clear and concise break down of information that gets right to the heart of what you need to know to implement lean in any environment. Using a case study as an example that anyone can relate to, regardless of your current work environment. Teaching the tools, techniques, and basic mathematical skills necessary to be successful with any large or small scale improvement.
By Andrew Kram on 5/1/2023
Very structured explanations and good examples. All videos are short and to the point. For me, this course is a refresher, but new contexts and insights have opened up to me. Great!
By Mark McKowen on 1/6/2023
Sandeep covers application of Lean management for non-manufacturing applications (as the title indicates), which I used as an additional bit of training to my training in manufacturing-based Lean + Six Sigma training. It greatly helped my development to think of lean outside of the box of manufacturing to identify Muda in other processes.
By Jamsher Karwal on 3/27/2022
Yes, it's great learning to know different kinds of waste in manufacturing & non-manufacturing enviornments.
By Donig Fermanian on 8/5/2021
This Course is technically rich and easy to understand. slides and using graphics and videos is very nice and makes you catch up and keep focused to the course. i liked the flashbacks during course to the main terms and topics, in this method your are memorizing the important points without paying any effort to memorize.
