An excellent and comprehensive course that truly prepares you for the CMQ/OE certification. The material was well-structured, covering both strategic and operational aspects of quality management. I particularly appreciated the real-world examples and the focus on leadership, change management, and process improvement. This course not only deepened my understanding of quality principles but also enhanced my confidence in applying them effectively in an organizational setting. Highly recommended for professionals aiming to lead quality initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Good course for basic knowledge. It will help you understand the overall course materials but will not give you indepth details. If you are planning to pass the exam by tanking this cause only this will not happen you will have to spend extra efforts from your side and practice actual exam question. By the way none of the practice qeustion in this course will help you to prepare for the actual exam since the level of question is basic when compaired to the actual exam level.

The lectures are well synchronized to allow you to grasp the information intended from the required body of knowledge. If actively listening to what Mr. Sandeep is delivering you would not need any further study material, only the ASQ Handbook to take with you on the exam, and you will rarely refer to it.

I passed! While I was not new to most of the material, I liked the way the instructor only delivered exactly what would be needed to satisfy the body of knowledge. My only criticism would be to not quiz or test on content that is not in the body of knowledge but the instructor believes in foundational. This was especially concerning in the practice questions module.

I like the course, it is downloadable. You can play anytime. Very thorough especially if you take time to go through the downloadable resources. It is better to master it and play at least 2x to grasp the knowledge and all ideas presented. All we need to learn for the quality management system and tools in order to apply these in our respective workplaces. I took this course to compliment the book to study for my exam and it honestly exceeded expectations! I depended more on revising the information here than I did revising the book itself! Although it doesn't cover all the points (as you would expect and as is mentioned in the training), it does provide you with great background to make reading/understanding the concepts alot simpler than just reading the book. I used the slide pack printout as a second reference during my exam and it made it easier to navigate to the topics to support my answers - i had to create my own index for the slides though to help me navigate faster. Recommendations: Section 3 is big and by the time you get to the exam at the end you tend to forget alot of small points. Quizzes in between the section (similar to Section 4) would be handy. Looking forward to buying more content for future exams

One of the most comprehensive courses. Everything you need to learn about Leadership and Management Excellence. It not easy buts its better than an MBA course. Absolutely worth it!

Highly recommended to understand the different concepts, but please read the CMQ book or any other sources just to have full view,

This was very helpful in passing the CMQ. The videos were set up to cover a topic at a time, with easy review. Tests in every section to help understand what you need to re-watch. Do note that the CMQ test questions are more difficult than his test questions, so the test questions he has are more to see where you are in remembering the material than to give you an actual feel for the test.
