Great points/information discussed. Relevant tips for you to think about and apply in your life. Would of helped if a resource with the information to read in own time and some more exercises for self love or meditation etc. Also what you could do to start putting yourself first but it gets you thinking and plants the seeds for you to go research and look further into this subject.
